Dental Surgeries are Removal of broken /grossly decayed teeth /wisdom tooth surgically. Other surgeries include frenum correction, Gum surgeries, Tumor removal, Wisdom Tooth removal.
Wisdom tooth is nothing but third molar which erupts diagonally to the second molar and damages the second molar. It also limits the opening of mouth and gum infection in and around second and third molars. Third molars are of no use in biting chewing in modern evolution period.
