Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Dentes Dental and Cosmetic Centre, we maintain a transparent refund and cancellation process
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
2. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice
3. Treatment Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable for completed treatments
- If a treatment is discontinued before completion, refunds (if any) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
4. Advance Payments
- Advances paid for procedures may be adjusted against future treatments
- Refund eligibility depends on stage of treatment
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction charges (if any) levied by payment gateways may be deducted during refunds.
